Kankakee Training Center for the Disabled, Inc. exists to help adults with developmental disabilities in Watseka, IL live to their full potential in every area of their lives. We work with adults who are age 18 and up, all the way to senior citizens. Through KCTC, our consumers can participate in programs ranging from residential to rehab to vocational.
