KCTC operates a non-for-profit business (501C)
which provides adults with developmental disabilities the opportunity to acquire skills necessary to become more productive contributing members of their community – learning the dignity of work and experiencing the thrill of earning a paycheck, having their own savings account and change in their pockets.
